We are thrilled to announce that we have amalgamated the legal practice of Robert M Phelan & Co Pty with our own and that practice is situate at 170 Buckley Street, Essendon.
The Principal of that practice Robert Phelan will continue with us as a Consultant as will the Senior Law Clerks in Karen Jennings and Vita Fisicaro ensuring a smooth transition.
We will be trading from our Essendon Office effective as at the 3rd of November, 2016 as Eales & Mackenzie incorporating the practice of Robert M Phelan and Co.
Robert acquired the practice of John Dent many years ago and that practice has shown some considerable growth overtime, and like ourselves its main areas of practice are Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Commercial Property and Business Law, Wills and Succession Planning and Family Law.
We view this as a benefit to our existing client base in that they are able to see us now in our Essendon premises if that is more convenient for them rather than our CBD practice and further, we have added considerable legal expertise and experience in Robert and his dedicated staff.
For those clients of Robert M Phelan and Co they now have a far broader range of lawyers whose experience more than covers the fields of legal work in which Robert’s practice has worked for his clients over many years.
We both believe that existing clients of Eales & Mackenzie and those of Robert M Phelan & Co will have great confidence in the future ability of this combined practice to provide excellent service to our clients.
