Ryan Witnish

BIOGRAPHY

Ryan has extensive experience working in family law, civil litigation and wills & estates.

Ryan aims to handle his clients’ matters in a cost-effective and timely manner whilst ensuring their goals and objectives are met. He is task orientated with a passion for obtaining optimal outcomes for clients.

He completed his law degree from Victoria university with Honours in December 2014 and a Masters of Legal Practice from Australia National University in 2018.

Ryan was entered in the High Court of Australia Registrar of legal practitioners in December 2015 and is a member of the law institute of Victoria.

Ryan ran the family law division and had carriage of numerous complex civil and estate matters in the Federal Circuit Court, Magistrates Court, District and Supreme Courts during the three years he ran the family law division at a highly reputable firm in Queensland.

He is a skilled negotiator, proficient at drawing financial and parenting agreements, and has extensive experience conducting trials in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
